Shipping Policy

LEXOVARI operates with an international dropshipping fulfillment model, allowing orders to be shipped to customers in different countries.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time

International orders usually arrive within 7–16 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, courier services, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, LEXOVARI will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages and may not be able to resend the order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched. It may take several days for the carrier's system to display tracking updates.

Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already have entered fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
